Answering the questions takes just a few minutes. The AI creates your book usually within 30–45 minutes after purchase. You can review the finished PDF as soon as it is ready.

The digital book is available after generation, usually within 30–45 minutes of purchase. New print orders include a 24-hour PDF review window before printer submission unless you choose Print now. Printed books are then typically delivered within 7-14 business days after printing. Delivery can vary slightly by country.

You review the names, cover and chapter plan before purchasing. Once the complete PDF is ready, new print orders wait for 24 hours before printer submission. During that window you can use the available dashboard edits; saving an edit regenerates the PDF and restarts the review window. Substantive rewrites remain subject to our rewrite policy.

During the 24-hour PDF review window, you can cancel only the printed copy from your dashboard. We refund 50% of the amount actually paid to the original payment method. Your complete personalised PDF remains yours to keep, read and download. The option ends if you choose Print now or printer submission begins. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Yes. Books can be written and printed in English, Spanish, German, French or Italian. Customers can answer the questions in English whichever language they choose. The title, chapters, dedication and printed headings all follow the language you pick in the "Book language" step.

Yes! You can create a personalised story starring a pet. Just select "Pet" when entering the subject details.

You check the names, cover and chapter plan before you pay. If you'd like the finished story to include something it missed, open "Edit story" in your dashboard and change it yourself for free, chapter by chapter, before it prints. Every bought book also includes 8 small AI edits: tell the AI what to add or fix in a chapter and you see every change before it goes in. Printing waits while you edit. Orders placed before 28 September 2026 keep their one free rewrite. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If there's an issue with print quality, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a reprint or refund. Personalised digital purchases are otherwise non-refundable once generation has begun, subject to your consumer rights.

Books are printed in professional 6×9 US Trade format (152×228mm — the standard paperback size you see in most bookshops). Available as perfect-bound softcover (£24.99) or full-colour casewrap hardback (£34.99) with the printed cover wrapped directly around the case boards. The quality is equivalent to any bookshop paperback or hardback.

Yes! You can order multiple copies at a discounted rate. Additional softcover copies are £15.00 each, and additional hardback copies are £25.00 each.
