• Book creation data: Answers to personality questions, names, occasions, uploaded photos
• Order data: Delivery address, payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Support data: Messages and contact details you choose to provide through live chat
• Usage data: Pages visited, device type, browser (collected via cookies)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your personalised book using AI
• To process and deliver your order
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, dispatch notification)
• To improve our service and user experience
• To measure the performance of our advertising and to serve relevant advertising

4. Data Sharing

We share data with the following third-party services to deliver our product:

• OpenAI: Book content, Q&A answers, and generated cover images (for story, title, artwork, and cover-quality generation)
• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI compliant)
• Lulu xPress: Delivery address and book files (for print fulfilment)
• Supabase: Data storage (EU-hosted)
• Meta/Facebook: Advertising measurement on all visits. We share page-view, add-to-basket and purchase events, along with hashed email addresses when available, IP addresses, browser user agents, and Meta click identifiers. Hashing does not make this data anonymous. You can contact us to object to advertising measurement.
• Google Analytics: Usage measurement, including pages visited and device information. Enabled by default; choose Essentials only in Cookie preferences to disable it.
• Chatwoot: Live-chat support, which processes messages and any contact information you provide, along with browser and device information. Support chat remains available when you choose Essentials only, so you can continue getting help.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and advertising-measurement cookies on all visits. Analytics is enabled by default. Choose Essentials only in Cookie preferences to disable analytics. Support chat remains available with either choice. Contact us to object to advertising measurement.
