The GiftBookStory promise
What happens if something isn’t right.
Free delivery, no minimum
Every softcover and hardback ships free to all 12 countries we deliver to. The price you choose already includes delivery.
See it before you pay
Review the title, a cover preview, every chapter heading and a sample scene before checkout. No surprises.
Read it before it prints
Your printed copy waits 24 hours after the digital book is ready. Read it first and make changes if you want. It prints when the window ends, or sooner if you choose Print now.
Missed something? Add it
Edit any chapter yourself for free, or use the 8 AI edits included with your book to work in a detail it missed. A printed copy still in its review window prints the new version.
Print problems are on us
If a printed copy arrives with a print quality problem, tell us within 14 days and we reprint it or refund you.
The digital copy is yours too
Every softcover and hardback includes the digital book to read and download, so you can share it before the parcel arrives.
